Have you ever thought how the world will be if there is no electricity? do you know how much pollution can be reduced if electricity is not produced by burning resources? or do you know that India is in a energy deficit stage right now and has more demand than supply? no, i am not boosting my knowledge, i only want you to be informed that there is treasure of energy that has not been explored by us till now. this treasure is a method of producing electrical energy without causing any form of damage to our environment.
the method is known as magnetic generation of electricity. it uses magnetic power to generate electricity. its simple and effective. i am in the process of trying this out myself. i urge you to watch these videos and view this document to know more about this technology.
i am always open for your queries and doubts. do write to me.
thank you!
the following document will help you in making a working prototype of the magnetic generator. it is sufficient enough to power one's house. for more visit: www.33energy.com

Improved: Change the display layout of Ubuntu My Computer
The current display layout of 'My Computer' in Ubuntu consists of filesystem, other internal drives and external drives mounted on the computer. this makes it very confusing for average users. also, the filesystem is not used regularly as it contains system files and no avg user wants to play with them. only the home folder is useful for the user which he/she can easily access using the tab provided in the left side of the window.

one of the major issues with this display is when an user unmounts any external drive, the 'my computer' takes him to the media folder. this is very annoying and disturbing.

A solution to this problem is given below in three simple steps:
step 1: use a filesystem tab and locate it anywhere in the top of the window. avoid placing filesystem with other drives in the 'my computer' window.

step 2: combine and consolidate the '/media', 'cdrom, and '/home' folder in the root folder and name it as 'my computer'.

step 3: include '/home' in my computer and create a code that restricts the window from going to the root folder. restrict it at the 'my computer' window.

If this type of layout is used it will become easy for the user to find the additional internal and external medias mounted on the PC. Also, the navigation will become simpler. Average users do not visit the system files and try to avoid opening them. This navigation layout will avoid their contact with system files and prevent unnecessary harm to the computer.
kindly suggest your views and alternative methods. Am always looking forward for your support.

Bangur Nagar air and water pollution
hello friends,
I am a resident of bangur nagar since childhood and have always enjoyed the natural beauty of it. a few years ago i got to know the reason behind the polluted water body at our ganesh ghat, the reason for failure of our electronic products, and the pollution in the air in our area. The reason is the nullah behind the paradigm builing (at mind space). the nullah releases polluted water into the main stream 24X7. it pollutes the stream and its shore. you can yourself visit the area and see for yourself how it has polluted the shores of the ganesh ghat. we should do something about it. i hope thought will be spared for this issue and some steps will be taken in the future.
please do post your replies regarding this issue...
thank you!

Ubuntu 9.04
The new Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty Jackalope) is better than ever. It includes new EXT4 file system for hard disks which enables quick start up speed. It uses the new debian interface and new Linux kernel 2. 6. 28 which reduce startup time by up to 6 seconds. GNOME 2.26 includes support for 15” monitors and lots of other features. Ubuntu 9.04 is an upgrade from Ubuntu 8.10 and it is similar to it in many ways. What’s important is that most of the bugs have been fixed and it is visually more appealing.
Those of you who will like to migrate from windows to linux but find it difficult, this is your chance. It’s till now the most user friendly Linux OS created by Ubuntu.

Out Now! Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex
Its better, its faster and its definitely more irresistible to handle. Ubuntu's latest version INTREPID IBEX is definitely the most irresistible upgrade till date. It has fine tuned the earlier versions limitation and brings lot of hope for a better and brighter GUI for users. Also, it is packed with some new features that will make your heart to want it more. What more can we ask for! Lets have a look at some of its key features ....(of course other than the technical ones):
1. Package-kit manager: its a application that interacts between the user and the OS and provides a better understanding for the user. It enhances the GUI experience and converts the technical language into simple English for better understanding.
2. Guest account: how many times we thought of giving our laptops/desktops to others to use with the fear of losing our privacy. Not any more! Guest account works just like in any other OS'.
3. Enhanced Driver database: Now, we will not have to suffer due to some hardware that we have but cannot use because of driver unavailability. Intrepid promises a lot in terms of driver database; old as well as new.
4. System-Cleaner: Its cleans out all the old and useless Linux kernels previously installed on to the OS. It helps in increasing and maintaining the speed of the system.
5. Quick Unmount: Use of USB drives is made more comfortable. You can mount and unmount the devices easily with the new easy and quick unmount option.
For now, these are top 5 features that I thought are very important for day-today basis....I will be back with some more news later.

Go for Ubuntu 8.04 instead of using Pirated Windows (personal recommendation)
I have been using Personal computer for more than 10 years now. Until now, I was using windows 98 se and windows XP as my operating system (OS). Windows is very user friendly and has a wide network of applications running on it but when it comes to use of internet I personaly feel WINDOWS SUCKS! As soon as you try to connect to the internet there are millions of viruses waiting to infect your PC and urge you to use anti-virus protection. We are therefore forced to install them and this action slows down your PC. Still it doesn't always gives you totla protection. Sometimes we try to access some restricted sites like (seriall.com, keygen.com and many more). At such sites there are always trojans waiting to infect your PC. All anti-virus protections cannot detect them. So, its not advisable to rely on them. Add more to this....windows has stopped giving updates to the pirated version.
Most of the softwares that we use on windows including MS office, Nero, and other daily applications are paid softwares. They are not for free and they too stop giving updates if your windows is not genuine.
All this and many more disadvantages makes Pirated windows very dangerous for use.
Now, some good news for all users.....LINUX has come a long way with its latest and most user friendly Avtar i.e. Ubuntu 8.04 popularly known as Hardy Heron.
Ubuntu gives you an advantage over windows as it is free to use, free to share.
You can distribute as much as you like, there is no restriction. Ubuntu is way quicker than windows (I personally feel its 80-100% faster). Its free from viruses. Till date only a handful of viruses have been created for Linux (around 60)...but you don't have to worry because Ubuntu comes pre-installed with anti-virus protection. You will never have to worry about running anti-virus for cleaning viruses. Ubuntu 8.04 uses firefox 3 beta 5 for internet access. Its by far the fastest and most reliable internet browser available for Linux. Also, firefox comes with a host of Add-ons which make internet browsing and downloading fun. You can add download-them-all! as add-on which is a download accelerator for firefox. There are abundant softwares available which act as substitute for windows applications.
In short, there is everything available on linux for free that you pay for on windows!
